The web view SDK shows Kindly's web chat, so it does what the web chat does and leaves out what only the native Kindly SDK draws itself. What it does not do:

- No push notifications. Nothing tells a user about a reply while the chat is hidden or the app is closed
- No native theming. Colours, texts and the greeting come from the bot's settings for the market in the Kindly platform, see [Configuration](docId\:ki6dE8DkffvzmLIj7LAaH)
- No deep link handling. There is no `kindly://` URL scheme; to open a dialogue from a link into your app, handle the link yourself and show the chat with a `triggerDialogueId`, see [Trigger Dialogue](docId\:bzasWgQ07FjNdFolleV_s)
- No separate language call. Pass `languageCode` to `start` or when you show the chat, see [Launch Chat](docId\:Yjruacdl_gPttkM6yK-4V)
- No chat view to embed. The chat always opens as its own sheet on iOS and its own screen on Android
- No links inside the chat. Every link opens outside the app or in your app through the [Link Interception](docId:1D_RWHC_US3g18s-OBWW4)
- No JavaScript dialogs. The chat never shows an alert, a confirmation or a prompt
- No message object from `sendMessage`, which completes once the chat has taken the message. Message events report messages while the chat is open, see [Events](docId\:e5k7rv4jg1Xml35TaMd_t)
- No CocoaPods pod for native iOS apps. Use Swift Package Manager, see [Installation](docId\:sonmjcrRZMUEA1QI1eg5q)

Two differences from the native SDK come from the web chat itself:

- The chat loads from Kindly's servers each time a chat page is created, so it follows Kindly's web chat releases rather than the version of the SDK in your app
- A market whose settings lack the web chat's translations does not load, although the native SDK works with it, see [Markets](docId\:hY7NowSOuz-mdL-_zIZeL)
